Stewardship
from Stewards for Animals website:
Stewardship is integral to humanity, rooted in caring for our communities. It involves nurturing anything from individuals to animals, as seen in farmers who care for crops and livestock.
Today, stewardship calls for individuals to make sacrifices and address global challenges. It doesn’t require grand actions; small efforts, like helping a sick animal or volunteering locally, matter.
Newton’s third law highlights that every action has an equal reaction, and this applies to stewardship. A devoted steward can inspire others, creating a ripple effect of positivity and change, ultimately transforming the world in significant ways.

About Finn & Valentino
Finn, rehabilitated in 2019 after abuse, received veterinary care and therapy. Once healthy, he learned to walk in a harness, navigate traffic, stand in crowds, and greet visitors at the San Juan Capistrano train station. Finn interacts gently with the public, especially children and nervous adults, exuding calm energy that brings comfort. Alongside Valentino the Borzoi, they show how large animals can provide healing therapy, helping alleviate anxiety and encouraging engagement with non-verbal and disabled individuals.

Sharon Dugan, trainer -animal therapy
I use telepathy to encourage the large animals to be gentle, and this also helps the humans to interact and receive energy from their energy field. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is very effective for addressing aggression, anxiety and stress, for both humans and animals. This technique requires a session specific to the situation and can be a group or animal exercise.
